How often do O-rings need replacing?
O-ring life depends on ink chemistry, cycle count, and shop hygiene. As a rule of thumb, plan to replace O-rings every 100,000–250,000 cycles, or whenever you see ink seepage at the cup-plate interface.
If your O-rings are wearing faster than expected, the ink chemistry may be too aggressive — talk to EPS about the right ink and pad combination for your part.
