The five building blocks

What EPS integrates into one production cell.

Five stations — the same five numbered on the production-line diagram above. Select the optional add-ons your part needs, skip the ones it doesn't. The combination is what makes the cell.

STEP 01

Automated Loading

Hoppers, waterfall feeders, vibratory bowls, air conveyors, robot pick-and-place — engineered to keep the print engine fed at line rate without operator intervention.

STEP 02

Pre-Treatment

Plasma, corona, and flame surface treatment integrated upstream. Pre-treatment is non-negotiable almost 100% of the time for production-grade adhesion.

STEP 03

Printing

Pad, multi-pass inkjet, or single-pass production inkjet — the right print engine for the part. Each tier integrates the same way into the line architecture.

STEP 04

Inspection

100% inline vision inspection and reject handling. Sample-based QA is not a substitute when the production cell is running 24/7.

STEP 05

Auto Sorting & Unloading

Sorting, stacking, packaging, secondary operations. The line doesn't end when the ink is cured — EPS engineers the downstream too.
