EPS plate department develops custom clichés in polymer and steel — sized and finished for your machine, your image, and your expected run length.
- Polymer plates (alcohol wash) — 10,000 to 70,000+ impressions
- Polymer plates (water wash) — same range
- Thin steel plates (.018" or .020") — up to 150k impressions (closed cup)
- Bright polish carbon steel, Rockwell hardness 48-52
- Plates up to 7.874" wide (standard); cupslide clichés reach up to 40"
- 24-hour turnaround on receipt of artwork
- Hole punching included in plate cost
- Quantity discounts available
- Thick steel plates (10mm) up to 1MM impressions
- Custom punches also available for unique patterns
