EPS manufactures pad-print pads in cylindrical, square, linear, compound, and dual-durometer shapes. Custom pads built to your part geometry, with durometer matched to surface and image.

How to order a custom pad
Send us:
- The part geometry — sample, CAD file, or detailed dimensional drawing
- The pad-print machine model (sets the maximum pad height)
- Required print area and artwork
- Required durometer (or describe the surface)
- Expected production cycle count
Stock pads ship same day. Custom pads ship after approximately 7 business day cure cycle. See Custom Print Pads in consumables.
