Industrial decoration is everything that doesn’t fit into a clean cosmetic-packaging line: parts with rough surfaces, irregular shapes, oil and dust on the floor, multiple SKUs, 24/7 duty cycles, and absolutely no tolerance for downtime. EPS has spent forty years building the print engines, pre-treatment, and automation that handle exactly these conditions.

Direct-to-object inkjet eliminates the per-part materials cost of plates, screens, and pad clichés. Variable data prints serialization, lot codes, and traceability marks at line speed. Quick changeovers handle the SKU churn that traditional pad and screen lines can’t match. And EPS’s automation — robot loading, plasma/corona pre-treatment, vision inspection, reject diversion — turns the print engine into a production cell that runs without operator intervention.
