Our electrical, mechanical, software, and materials-handling engineers design, build, and integrate complete decoration cells — from part infeed through print, curing, inspection, and unload — all under one roof, all with a single accountable team.

Custom Machine Design

No two production lines are alike.

When the part, the substrate, or the line economics demand a machine that doesn't exist yet, EPS engineers it from scratch. We don't modify catalog equipment — we design the chassis, select the print engine, specify the automation, and write the software for your exact application.

Every custom build starts with a part in our lab. We test ink-substrate adhesion, confirm the right print process tier, and design everything else around that validated foundation.

Automation & Robotics

Loading, transport, inspection — engineered as one cell.

The print engine is only as productive as the automation around it. EPS engineers the complete surround — feeders, conveyors, robotic loaders, vision inspection, sorting, and unload — so every good part makes it through and no defective part ever reaches your customer.

Automation is also where the ROI lives. Labor reduction is the heart of digital transformation, and the payback on automated loading, inspection, and unloading is where most of our customers see the fastest return.

EPS production engineering improves what you already have — or designs what you need from the ground up. Our team assesses your existing operations, identifies where throughput, quality, or labor costs can be improved, and engineers the solution.

All disciplines are in-house under one roof: electrical, mechanical, materials handling, and software. That means no handoffs, no finger-pointing, and no lead time lost to outside contractors.

Line Integration

Print is only part of the solution.

Adding a print system to a running production line is not plug-and-play. Throughput, part flow, floor space, upstream equipment, downstream handling, and safety all have to be accounted for before a machine can deliver on its potential.

EPS has integrated decoration cells into some of the most demanding production environments in automotive, medical, electronics, and packaging. We treat integration as an engineering project, not an afterthought — with one team accountable for the result.
