EPS supplies polymer and laser-etched cliché plates for every pad print application — from short proof runs to multi-shift production. Cost of plates includes hole punching; quantity discounts available.
Polymer plates are the workhorse of pad print production: cost-effective, fast to make, with 5k–50k cycle life depending on chemistry. Steel plates run 150k to a full million cycles for multi-shift production lines.
EPS provides cliché-etching service with 24-hour turnaround on receipt of artwork.
