The most-used pad shape across production lines. Stock SKUs cover printable areas from 8mm x 28mm up to 240mm x 120mm. Top profiles available: flat, peaked, rounded, conical. Durometer adjustable from 10 to 85 on the Shore 00 hardness scale.

Choosing the right square / rectangular pad
Square and rectangular pads are the default for flat or near-flat parts. Selection comes down to four variables:
- Print area — must exceed the artwork dimensions by 15–20% to allow for pad compression.
- Top profile — flat for flat parts; peaked, rounded, or conical for parts with subtle curvature or recessed features.
- Durometer — softer pad (10–30 Shore 00) for irregular surfaces; harder pad (50–85) for fine artwork detail and high cycle counts.
- Machine compatibility — pad height must not exceed the maximum stroke of the host machine.
