Engineered Printing Solutions specializes in creating custom inkjet part-marking systems tailored to individual production needs. We describe ourselves through the term bespoke — “made for a particular customer or user.”
What “bespoke” looks like in practice
Each machine is uniquely engineered since every application differs. Solutions may involve customized parts conveyors, extended gamut colors in print heads, substrate pretreatment systems, or secondary operations like assembly and packaging.
The build process
The manufacturing process begins with design finalization and CAD drawings. Frames are welded and powder-coated at our Vermont facility, followed by installation of control panels, electrical components, part-loading assemblies, and the print engine. Rigorous testing ensures the equipment meets specifications for image quality, throughput, and cost.
FAT before shipment
Customers typically visit the facility for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to observe the machine operating before accepting delivery. The final product integrates seamlessly with existing production-line requirements for speed and part handling.
The company serves diverse industries including automotive, medical-device manufacturing, and promotional products, positioning itself as a solution provider for direct-to-object product decoration challenges.
